The perfect summer salad my favorite picnic salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for the dressing
- Sorrel
- Snake cucumber
- Tomatoes
- Ice cream salad
- Onion
- Wild garlic leaves
- Eggs size M
- Poultry Viennese
- Yogurt 10% fat (Greek)
- Sheep cheese
- Lemon (juice and zest)
- Orange juice
- Honey
- Mustard
- Olive oil
- Pepper and salt
Herbs
- Fresh oregano
- Fresh mint
- Red basil
This salad is perfect for a picnic
- There is so much in it – that man, woman or child can be full of it.
- The production is FIX because you only need to clean the salads and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Cucumber, onion and tomato are diced. The poultry Viennese cut into slices.
- Boil the eggs and cut them into slices. The dressing is simply pureed in a tall vessel including the sheep’s cheese but without oil.
- Then brought into the desired “liquid” with the olive oil. Transfer to a milk bottle and place in the refrigerator.
- Time to leave? Then the herbs are plucked and added to the salad – put in a chilled bowl. Don’t forget the sausage and egg slices 🙂 best put separately in a bowl.
- Pack a picnic bag – bowl with salad – eggs and sausage, the bottle with dressing – cutlery and a couple of plates – DONE!
- Now unpack everything on the meadow or on the beach and everyone takes what they like 🙂
