Summer Salad My Favorite Picnic Salad

The perfect summer salad my favorite picnic salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

for the dressing

  • Sorrel
  • Snake cucumber
  • Tomatoes
  • Ice cream salad
  • Onion
  • Wild garlic leaves
  • Eggs size M
  • Poultry Viennese
  • Yogurt 10% fat (Greek)
  • Sheep cheese
  • Lemon (juice and zest)
  • Orange juice
  • Honey
  • Mustard
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper and salt

Herbs

  • Fresh oregano
  • Fresh mint
  • Red basil

This salad is perfect for a picnic

  1. There is so much in it – that man, woman or child can be full of it.
  2. The production is FIX because you only need to clean the salads and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Cucumber, onion and tomato are diced. The poultry Viennese cut into slices.
  3. Boil the eggs and cut them into slices. The dressing is simply pureed in a tall vessel including the sheep’s cheese but without oil.
  4. Then brought into the desired “liquid” with the olive oil. Transfer to a milk bottle and place in the refrigerator.
  5. Time to leave? Then the herbs are plucked and added to the salad – put in a chilled bowl. Don’t forget the sausage and egg slices 🙂 best put separately in a bowl.
  6. Pack a picnic bag – bowl with salad – eggs and sausage, the bottle with dressing – cutlery and a couple of plates – DONE!
  7. Now unpack everything on the meadow or on the beach and everyone takes what they like 🙂

Bon appetit and culinary greetings your Biggi ♥
