Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g margarine
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 150 g margarine
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

according to a family recipe of my friend Maria – quick and easy

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix the dough ingredients together and spread them into a baking tray lined with baking paper. Knead the remaining ingredients into crumbles and spread them over the dough in the baking tray. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve.
