Super quick dessert with cream puffs

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 400 g crème fraîche
  • 500 g cream puffs, frozen
  • 700 g berries, frozen
  • 2 packs of cake glaze, red

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Blend the first four ingredients into a cream. Then stir the cream into the frozen profiteroles and pour everything into a decorative bowl. Sprinkle the frozen berries over the top. Prepare the glaze according to the package instructions and pour over the cake. Let everything cool completely in the refrigerator.
