Swabian Sausage Salad
The perfect swabian sausage salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Ham – meat sausage
- 300 gr Cheese
- 1 Onions
- 4 Pickled cucumbers depends on how big they are)
- Tomatoes
- 1 Tl Sugar
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 2 El Vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Cut the sausage into strips or cubes, as well as the cheese. Peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes and so do the cucumbers and tomatoes.
- Then dress the salad with the ingredients for the dressing and leave it covered in the refrigerator for a good 1 hour.
