- 500 g chicken breast, roughly diced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 spring onions, cut into rings
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
- 2 m.-large chili pepper(s), red, fresh, chopped, with or without seeds
- 2 m.-large chili pepper(s), green, fresh, chopped, with or without seeds
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- salt and pepper

a recipe for the crockpot (slow cooker)
This recipe is designed for a 3.5 L crockpot (CP). Add all ingredients except salt and pepper to the CP, mix well, and let marinate overnight in a cool place. If you refrigerate the inner pot, make sure it returns to room temperature before turning it on. Otherwise, the ceramic pot could crack due to the large temperature difference, which would also increase the cooking time. Cover and simmer on high for about 3 hours. Season with salt and pepper. Rice is a good side dish.
