Sweet Avoado and Mint Spread

The perfect sweet avoado and mint spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 small, mature Hass avocados
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 1 Lime, zest and juice
  • 5 Stems Mint
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Cut the avocados in half and use a spoon to remove the meat from the shell and place in the shell and immediately drizzle with the lime juice. Add the cream cheese and the lime zest and mash everything very finely with a fork and then add powdered sugar to taste and work in well. I have deliberately not given a quantity for the powdered sugar, because everyone has their own personal sweetness, not so sweet for me.
  2. Now pluck the leaves from the mint (I had the wonderful spearmint) and finely chop and mix with the avocado cream. It is advisable to let the cream steep for at least 2 hours, then the flavors combine really well.
