Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g couscous
- 450 ml milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp cinnamon sugar
- 1 jar cherry(s), drained
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with cherries
Heat the milk until boiling, then immediately remove it from the heat and stir in the couscous. Let it swell for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add a little honey and cinnamon/sugar and garnish with drained cherries.
