Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g rice pudding
- 200 ml coconut milk, unsweetened
- 300 ml milk
- 3 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Super simple rice pudding with coconut flavor
Combine the rice with milk, coconut milk, a pinch of salt, and desiccated coconut in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar and simmer for about 15 minutes over very low heat. Then, wrapped in a towel, place under the covers for an hour.
