Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,550 g grapes, dark, with seeds, weighed, already sorted
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 400 g gelling sugar, 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

for dark grapes with seeds

Boil the grapes in a large pot for about 15-20 minutes to release plenty of juice. Press the grapes and their juice through a sieve to separate the seeds from the pulp. Bring the grape pulp to a boil with the cinnamon stick and stir the sugar into the boiling pulp. Let it boil for about 5 minutes. Then pour into preserving jars, seal tightly, and let them stand upside down for about 5 minutes.
