Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 80 g butter
  • 40 g flour
  • 400 ml broth
  • 2 tbsp mustard, sweet
  • 3 tbsp wine
  • 220 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour, and let it brown briefly. Deglaze with the stock, add the mustard, wine, cream, salt, pepper, and honey, and bring to a boil.
