Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml milk
- 50 ml carbonated mineral water
- 10 ml olive oil
- 375 g wheat flour
- 100 g sugar
- 30 g cocoa powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix all ingredients, except the oil, with a mixer on high for one minute. Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat and cook as usual. You’ll need about 1 1/2 ladles of batter per pancake. This amount is enough for about 8 pancakes.
