Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 500 ml whole milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • e.g. Nutella
  • e.g. powdered sugar
  • Margarine for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

makes 4 servings

Make a pancake batter from flour, milk, eggs, and sugar. Fry the batter in batches in a hot pan with melted margarine. Spread Nutella on top, if desired, roll up the pancakes, and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
