Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g corn semolina, fine (polenta)
  • 200 ml water
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g seedless grapes (blue or green)
  • Cinnamon sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

for 2 people, in pretty glasses an eye-catcher for dessert

Boil the cornmeal with 200 ml water, 100 ml milk, and the vanilla sugar for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Continue to cook and stir over low heat for about 5 minutes until a creamy cornmeal forms. Let the cornmeal cool, stirring frequently. Wash and halve the grapes. Place grapes, then polenta, then more grapes, and finally polenta into two tall glasses. Garnish with a few grape halves and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Can be eaten immediately, but can also be stored in the refrigerator until needed. Children love this sweet version of polenta. You can, of course, swap out the fruit if you like.
