Sweet Potatoes with Herb Quark
The perfect sweet potatoes with herb quark recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Herb quark
- 500 g Quark semi-fat
- 250 g Natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 bunch Chives cut into rolls
- 2 stalk Chopped celery
- 2 stalk Chopped maggi herb
- 4 stalk Parsley, chopped
- 2 stalk Pimpinelle fresh, chopped
- 2 leaf Sage, chopped
- 2 leaf Borage, chopped
- 1 Garlic, pressed
- 2 leaf Lemon balm fresh, chopped
- 1 Bed Fresh cress
- Salt
- White milled pepper
Sweet potato sticks
- 1 kg Sweet potatoes, peel
- 75 ml Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Sesame
- 1 tsp Chili
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 2 tsp Curry
- Salt
Herb quark
- Mix the quark and yoghurt in a bowl, add olive oil and the chopped herbs (except for the cress), season with salt and pepper.
Sweet potato sticks
- Preheat the oven: 200 ° C convection / 220 ° C top-bottom heat
- Cut the sweet potatoes into sticks approx. 1 cm wide. Pour into a large bowl, sprinkle with the sesame seeds and spices, pour over olive oil and mix everything together well.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes +/-.
