Sweet Potatoes with Herb Quark

Herb quark

  • 500 g Quark semi-fat
  • 250 g Natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 bunch Chives cut into rolls
  • 2 stalk Chopped celery
  • 2 stalk Chopped maggi herb
  • 4 stalk Parsley, chopped
  • 2 stalk Pimpinelle fresh, chopped
  • 2 leaf Sage, chopped
  • 2 leaf Borage, chopped
  • 1 Garlic, pressed
  • 2 leaf Lemon balm fresh, chopped
  • 1 Bed Fresh cress
  • Salt
  • White milled pepper

Sweet potato sticks

  • 1 kg Sweet potatoes, peel
  • 75 ml Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Sesame
  • 1 tsp Chili
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 2 tsp Curry
  • Salt

Herb quark

  1. Mix the quark and yoghurt in a bowl, add olive oil and the chopped herbs (except for the cress), season with salt and pepper.

Sweet potato sticks

  1. Preheat the oven: 200 ° C convection / 220 ° C top-bottom heat
  2. Cut the sweet potatoes into sticks approx. 1 cm wide. Pour into a large bowl, sprinkle with the sesame seeds and spices, pour over olive oil and mix everything together well.
