Sweet noodles in 5 minutes
Bring the noodles to a boil in a large pot. Add just a little salt. Heat the margarine in a non-stick pan, then add the breadcrumbs. When the breadcrumbs are slightly sizzling, reduce the heat to medium. Add the caster sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix well. Add the nuts and cinnamon. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Important: Since the pan will probably be very hot, always be careful not to burn the breadcrumbs. If there is liquid in the pan, you can tell the heat is coming from the loud sizzling. But since there is hardly any liquid in the pan, it is easy to underestimate the heat. When the pasta is al dente (firm to the bite), drain well and add it to the breadcrumb mixture. Turn off the heat. The residual heat is enough to allow the noodles to sizzle properly. Mix everything thoroughly. Place the sweet noodles in a deep plate. Don’t over-serve. To make the pasta even more delicious, sprinkle some grated chocolate on top. This tastes particularly delicious and is filling. Important: Sweet noodles are also wonderfully reheatable and taste just as delicious the next day. Side dish: Sweet noodles can be wonderfully combined with various fruit purees or fresh fruit. A glass of milk, fruit tea, juice, or even a glass of Baileys rounds out the flavor. Addition: You can also add diced apples – this gives the whole dish a very fruity flavor.
