Ingredients
- 1 El Olive oil
- 150 g Mixed minced meat
- 50 ml White wine
- 350 g Chopped tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- 60 g Grated Parmesan
- 250 g Tagliolini
Instructions
- Heat the oil and fry the minced meat over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes until it is lightly browned and crumbly. Add the wine and the chopped tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and let simmer for 20 minutes. Cook the pasta according to the basic recipe. Drain . Mix with the minced meat sauce, arrange on a plate and serve with the Parmesan.
