Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of dough (Flammkuchen), from the refrigerated section
- 5 mushrooms
- some basil
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C or as directed on the package. Place the tarte flambée dough on a rack lined with baking paper. Whisk the egg with the sour cream, season with salt and pepper, and spread it on the rolled-out dough. Slice the mushrooms, toss them in a little oil, season with a little salt and pepper, and spread them on the sour cream topping. Bake the tarte flambée on the middle rack until the topping starts to brown slightly; this takes about 20 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle coarsely chopped basil over the tarte flambée.
