Bitter chocolate cookies with three kinds of chocolate

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Stir in the yogurt and vanilla extract. Combine the flour with the cocoa powder, hot chocolate powder, and salt, and mix thoroughly. Then stir the chocolate chips into the batter. Let the batter chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) or 160°C (fan oven). Line a baking sheet with baking paper and drop the batter by spoonfuls, leaving about 4 cm between each layer. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes. Leave on the baking sheet for 1 minute, then transfer to a wire rack to cool. Makes about 40 cookies.
