Thyme, honey and garlic sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 tbsp honey
  • 5 tbsp oil, e.g. rapeseed oil
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, 4 small/2 large
  • 4 stalks thyme, fresh
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

suitable for chicken breast

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently on the stovetop. Stir well and season to taste. If it’s too sweet, add a little more soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. A wonderful, simple sauce for chicken. Can also be used as a marinade.
