Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 tbsp thyme, dried
- 1 handful of sage, fresh leaves
- 300 g rock sugar
- 1 bottle of vodka or double grain
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
the cold liqueur
Place thyme, sage, rock sugar, and Doppelkorn schnapps in a sealable container and let it mature for about three weeks. Shake occasionally. Then filter and bottle.
