Tipsy apple compote

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g apples
  • 50 g raisins
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 250 ml water
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 20 ml rum
  • 10 g pudding powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

In a pot, add water, white wine, cinnamon, and sugar. Soak the raisins in brown rum. Peel the apples, slice them, and add them to the pot. Bring everything to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Mix the custard powder with a little water to thicken the compote. Add the raisins and let everything cool.
