Tomato and yogurt salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
  • 5 large vine tomatoes
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash and chop the tomatoes, and transfer them to a salad bowl. Stir the soy yogurt until smooth, add it, and mix with the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
