Tomato salad with sardines in oil

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 2 can/n sardines, pickled in oil
  • 2 onions
  • 1 shot of balsamic vinegar, dark
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the tomatoes and slice the onions. Place them in a bowl and add the sardines in oil. Season with salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Serve with a baguette or bread roll.
