Tomatoes – Celery – Lettuce

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 bunch Celery, preferably with nice green leaves
  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 onions, red
  • Balsamic vinegar, bianco
  • Olive oil, light
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean and slice the celery, including the green parts, and place it in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and vinegar (to taste). Peel and dice the onion, add it to the celery, and mix well to allow everything to marinate. Wash the tomatoes, pat dry, halve (or quarter) them, add them to the celery and onion mixture, and stir well. Let everything marinate for a few more minutes.
