Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g tortellini with spinach filling from the refrigerated section
- 100 g peas, frozen
- 150 g cooked ham
- 100 g sour cream
- 75 ml milk
- 100 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp chives, cut into rolls
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes
Recipe for the Tupperware MicroCook 2.25 liters
Place the tortellini and thawed peas in the MicroCook 2.25 L casserole dish. Dice the cooked ham, add it, and stir everything together. Combine the sour cream, milk, Emmental cheese, and chives, season to taste with the spices, and then stir into the tortellini mixture. Cover and cook in the microwave at 600 watts for about 12 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
