Tortellini salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g tortellini
  • 200 g Brunch (Paprika Pepper)
  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 handfuls of fresh basil
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 100 g Parmesan
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 2 cloves garlic, large
  • n. B. broth
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the tortellini in broth and let cool. Add the tomatoes, finely chopped basil, Parmesan cheese, and finely diced ham. Mix the brunch, mayonnaise, tomato paste, milk, and crushed garlic into a sauce. Season well with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the salad and mix everything well. I use meat-filled tortellini, but you can use any other kind, of course. And as with any salad, the quantities are only a guideline and can be adjusted to your liking!
