Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 400 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 60 g butter
- 200 g nuts, ground
- n. B. sugar
- n. B. Oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Mix the dough ingredients into a yeast dough. It won’t be as firm as you’d expect from a yeast dough. Let it rise. Remove the dough from the bowl in spoonfuls. First coat in oil, then roll in the nut-sugar mixture. Place the balls side by side in a round cake pan. Bake at 180°C for approximately 20-30 minutes.
