Tsatsiki – low carb

  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 cups Cream cheese with grains
  • 0,25 tsp Salt
  1. Wash the zucchini, pat dry and cut off the ends. Then cut into slices, quarter. Put in a food processor and chop. Then transfer to a medium bowl. Peel, squeeze and add the garlic clove.
  2. Add the cream cheese with grains and salt and mix everything together. Season to taste if necessary.
