Tsatsiki – low carb
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 cups Cream cheese with grains
- 0,25 tsp Salt
- Wash the zucchini, pat dry and cut off the ends. Then cut into slices, quarter. Put in a food processor and chop. Then transfer to a medium bowl. Peel, squeeze and add the garlic clove.
- Add the cream cheese with grains and salt and mix everything together. Season to taste if necessary.
