Tuna and corn salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 lettuce(s)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can of tuna without oil
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash and trim the lettuce, then cut it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a bowl. Mix with the tuna (you can use its own juices) and the corn. For the dressing, combine the mustard, tomato paste, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and herbs and thin with a little water. Pour over the salad and toss to combine.
