Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice, (approx. 150 g)
  • e.g. herbs, fresh or frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Drain the tuna. Take a small bowl, add the drained tuna, and use a fork to break it up into large pieces. Set the tuna aside. Now take the cream cheese and crème fraîche and put them both in another large bowl (which will later hold the dip). Using a fork, mix the cream cheese with the crème fraîche. Add salt and pepper (and herbs, if desired). Mix well, then add the tuna. Stir again, then cover with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate. When the dip is ready, take it out of the refrigerator, remove the plastic wrap or lid, stir again, and serve.
