Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g margarine, soft
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 150 g almonds, ground
  • 4 tbsp water
  • possibly chocolate glaze

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

Combine margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg yolk. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the dough. Finally, add the hazelnuts, almonds, and water. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Spread the dough approximately 1 cm thick onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes. Once the dough has cooled, it can be carefully cut into triangles. If desired, the nut wedges can also be dipped in chocolate glaze.
