Turkey strips with tomato and mozzarella

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey or chicken, cut into strips
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 350 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • some Parmesan
  • some basil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 250 ml Cremefine for cooking or cream
  • some flour or sauce thickener, light

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the onion and garlic and sauté in olive oil. Then add the sliced ​​turkey (or chicken if you prefer). Sear briefly. Deglaze with the white wine and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add the vegetable stock and cream or crème fraîche and continue simmering. To thicken, use a little flour or a light sauce thickener. Now dice the tomatoes and add them along with the chopped mozzarella. Serve while still hot with rice or pasta, perhaps with Parmesan cheese.
