Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 400 g cream cheese with herbs
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 100 g ajvar
- 50 g Provençal herbs
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix the cream cheese, feta cheese, and ajvar together thoroughly. Finely chop the garlic cloves. Then add the garlic, Provençal herbs, and paprika to the mixture and mix well again. Season with salt and pepper.
