Vanilla cream with peach

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 can peach(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Simple dessert

Bring the milk to a boil. Meanwhile, whisk together the egg and sugar, then add the custard powder and cornstarch. Add a splash of milk to prevent the mixture from becoming too thick. Once the milk boils, add the mixture and whisk until the cream thickens. Let the cream cool. To serve, layer the peaches and cream alternately in small bowls.
