Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 can of mango(s) (250 g)
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar (8 g)
  • 1 bottle of Cremefine Vanilla
  • e.g. macadamia nuts or walnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

lightning-fast light dessert

Drain the mangoes, cut into bite-sized pieces, and place in dessert glasses. Mix the yogurt with the vanilla sugar, then spread over the mangoes. Top with Cremefine Vanilla and garnish with the nuts. If you like, you can use ready-made vanilla yogurt instead of yogurt; it’ll be even faster.
