Vegan 3-ingredient chocolate mousse

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g silken tofu, organic
  • 100 g dark chocolate, vegan
  • 12 dates

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 38 minutes

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a metal bowl over a pan of simmering water. Meanwhile, add the other ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate into the blender and blend again. Pour into a bowl or glass and chill for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy cold with your favorite toppings. Note: If you don’t have a good blender, you can substitute the dates with date paste or maple syrup. These are available at your local grocery store.
