Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 liter soy milk (soy drink)
- 3 tbsp vinegar, light
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Bring the soy milk to a boil, add the vinegar a tablespoon at a time, stirring regularly. The soy milk should now begin to curdle. Let it stand for 10 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a kitchen towel or nut milk bag, preferably hanging up, and let it drain for 15 minutes. Then squeeze out the remaining liquid and transfer the mixture to a container. Add the oil and blend once with an immersion blender. Finally, add salt, pepper, and herbs to taste.
