Vegan Pancakes – Basic Recipe

The perfect vegan pancakes – basic recipe recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Flour (gf works too)
  • 160 g Chickpea flour
  • 2 Tl Sugar
  • 1 Tl Salt
  • 1 Tl Baking powder
  • 600 ml Water
  • Oil for frying
  1. Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir well with a whisk until the powder is homogeneous.
  2. Mix in the water while stirring from the middle and stir the dough until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rest for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Brush a coated pan with a little oil and gradually fry the pancakes.
  5. My pan was about 8 inches and there were 12 pancakes.
  6. You can fill or top the pancakes as you like. Whether sweet or salty.
  7. If you want, you can add finely chopped fruit or vegetables to the dough, mix in and bake with it.
