Vegan Pancakes – Basic Recipe
The perfect vegan pancakes – basic recipe recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Flour (gf works too)
- 160 g Chickpea flour
- 2 Tl Sugar
- 1 Tl Salt
- 1 Tl Baking powder
- 600 ml Water
- Oil for frying
- Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir well with a whisk until the powder is homogeneous.
- Mix in the water while stirring from the middle and stir the dough until smooth.
- Let the dough rest for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Brush a coated pan with a little oil and gradually fry the pancakes.
- My pan was about 8 inches and there were 12 pancakes.
- You can fill or top the pancakes as you like. Whether sweet or salty.
- If you want, you can add finely chopped fruit or vegetables to the dough, mix in and bake with it.
