Vegetable pan quick and tasty

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 class can/n mushrooms, possibly
  • 1 pack of sauce (pasta sauce, ready-made product)
  • ½ cup(s) vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of clove(s), ground or a spice mixture based on it

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sauté roughly diced onions in olive oil, add diced vegetables, and deglaze with broth. Add pasta sauce and simmer with the lid on until the vegetables are al dente. Serve with pasta or rice. This also works with baguette at a hot buffet.
