Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 carrots
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • 10 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 4 rolls
  • 1 can of corn
  • e.g. BBQ sauce or other sauces

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Grate the carrots, potatoes, and zucchini (any other vegetables can be used). Drain as much of the liquid as possible and add the eggs. Form into patties and place them in breadcrumbs. Place the patties on the grill and grill on both sides. Place them in the breadcrumbs and garnish with tomatoes, lettuce, and sauces.
