Viennese with Difference Low Carb
The perfect viennese with difference low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 piece Poultry Viennese
- 1 Big slice Gouda with pepper
- 1 small Spring onion
- 4 small Green olives
- 3 Discs Italian country ham
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Halve the sausages lengthways and place in a baking dish
- Cut the spring onion into small pieces and top 3 halves of the Wiener with it.
- Cut the cheese slice into 6 long strips.
- 3 Place strips of cheese on the 3 topped wieners.
- Cut the olives into 3 slices each and place 4 olive slices on top of the already topped sausages.
- Close the Viennese with the other half and fix with a toothpick.
- Put ham and cheese on top / skewer.
- Put in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Serve the sausages on a plate with mustard.
