Vineyard peach and almond yogurt cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 vineyard peaches
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 3 tbsp almonds, chopped (you can also use roasted ones)
  • some honey, optional
  • some lemon balm leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pit and dice the peaches. Mix them with yogurt and almonds. Sweeten to taste. Ladle into bowls. Garnish with lemon balm. A quick breakfast or dessert.
