Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 200 g celeriac, cut into fine strips
  • 150 g apples, sour, cut into fine strips
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 100 g pineapple
  • 70 g walnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Drizzle the celery and apple slices with lemon juice. Add the pineapple and walnuts, mix with mayonnaise and sour cream, and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle a few walnuts on top of the salad as a garnish.
