Warm chocolate with bee pollen

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk or plant-based drink
  • 1 bar of chocolate to taste
  • Sugar or sugar substitute (only if needed)
  • 1 ½ tsp, leveled flower pollen

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Gently heat the milk and melt the chocolate while stirring. Add sugar only as needed. Milk chocolate doesn’t really need any sugar. Pour the warm chocolate into a cup and let it cool slightly or cool completely. Only then sprinkle the pollen on top, as the active ingredients are lost at too high a temperature.
