Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g flour, smooth
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for a bundt cake or cake tin with a diameter of 20 to 24 cm

Whip the cream. Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy, then stir in the flour and baking powder. Finally, fold in the whipped cream. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 170°C for about 40 minutes.
