Whole wheat spaghetti with avocado sauce, zucchini and salmon

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g pasta (whole grain spaghetti)
  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 1 half zucchini
  • 200 g wild salmon fillet(s)
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Simple and very healthy

First, bring hot water to a boil and cook the whole-wheat spaghetti for about 8 minutes. In the meantime, dice the wild salmon fillet and halve the zucchini and slice it thinly. Sauté the salmon fillet and zucchini over medium heat for about 8 minutes, turning the fillets once halfway through. While the pasta is cooking and the salmon and zucchini are frying, prepare the sauce. Pit an avocado and mash it in a bowl. Add 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream and mix everything together. Add salt, pepper, and chili, if desired. Mince one or half a clove of garlic and add it too. The sauce can also be blended. As soon as the pasta is ready, add it to the pan with the sauce. Stir gently.
