Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300g tagliatelle
- 30 g butter
- 12 leaves of wild garlic
- 1 clove(s) garlic, very finely chopped (optional and to enhance the flavor)
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
as a side dish
Wash the wild garlic and slice into thin strips. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside. Heat the butter a little, add the wild garlic and garlic, and heat gently. Fold in the still-warm pasta and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Serve as a side dish with grilled meat or roast lamb.
