Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml dry white wine
  • 300 ml apple juice, clear
  • 120 ml Aperol
  • 1 tbsp elderflower syrup
  • 4 orange slices (untreated)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the white wine, apple juice, Aperol, and elderflower syrup in a saucepan and heat gently. Meanwhile, place the orange slices in four heatproof glasses. Once the Aperol mixture is piping hot, ladle it among the four glasses. It’s a great way to warm yourself from the inside out in cold weather.
