Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 chicory
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 grapefruit(s) (preferably with red flesh for aesthetics)
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Trim the chicory and cut into strips. Peel all the chicory, remove any seeds, and dice finely (to your liking). Place in a bowl. Sprinkle with sugar, mix well, and season with lemon juice. The salad tastes best when it’s left to stand for 2-3 hours. Then mix again and divide into portions.
