Wraps with cheese and turkey breast

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 wrap(s) , (tortilla wraps)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pack of salad (mixed salad, preferably with carrot strips
  • 1 pack of turkey breast slices
  • 1 pack of cheese (Gouda) in slices

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

Microwave the tortilla wraps for about 2-3 minutes. Then let them cool. Cut the Gouda and turkey breast slices into strips. Place one wrap on a cutting board and, using a teaspoon, spread a stripe of sour cream down the center from one end to the other. Also spread a little sour cream on the left edge. Place 2-3 cheese strips on the center sour cream, then 2-3 turkey breast strips. Finally, pile up some lettuce over the strips. Now roll up the wrap, starting with the uncoated side, so that the coated edge forms the end piece. Press the edge gently to prevent the wrap from rolling up again. Cut the resulting wrap in half to create two smaller ones. You can serve them immediately, or refrigerate them for half an hour to allow the filling to infuse.
